SB-5000 Stain Blocking Sealeris a water-based fluorochemical dispersion that does not contain any silicone or wax components. It can be used indoors and outdoors, on old and new, horizontal or vertical surfaces. SB-5000 can be applied immediately after installation on most surfaces, as it is breathable and will not trap efflorescence. On new concrete, SB-5000 should be applied once concrete is fully cured (30 days after installation). SB-5000 provides an invisible and durable barrier against water, oil and organic staining which makes cleaning and maintenance easier. It is ideal for driveways, industrial flooring, building entrances, shopping malls, food courts, outdoor kitchens, garage floors and other surfaces at risk for staining. It is non-hazardous and VOC/EPA compliant. This product is ideal for professional use in the pressure wash industry.
SB-5000 has the consistency of water, is milky white when applied and dries clear with a transparent finish. Cured sealer is freeze resistant to -60°F (-51°C) and is stable up to a temperature of 180°F (82°C).

Suitable Surfaces
Suitable for concrete and clay pavers, flat and stamped concrete, masonry, natural and manufactured stone, segmental retaining wall blocks, concrete walls and exposed aggregate. May be used on grout, unglazed tile and terra cotta. Safe to use on old or new surfaces in both inside and outside environments. Not recommended for granite, marble, asphalt, glazed or ceramic tile. Test first to verify performance and appearance before applying.
