The full 8.5-inch opening features removable stainless steel-framed glass doors that open to the 456 square inches of cooking space. Use the integrated halogen oven light to easily monitor your pizza. The 3/4-inch thick ceramic slab hearth and ceiling provide even, intense radiating heat while the natural air-cooling plenum keeps the control panel cool to the touch.
