It is a little cheaper to manufacturer but is backed by the same lifetime warranty as the higher grades of stainless. The Sizzler series uses stainless tube burners at 12,000 BTUs each below briquettes that are tucked evenly and securely into stainless steel briquette racks. This cooking system provides even cooking heat while adding smoky flavor to your food and minimizing flare ups.
